Aerotalon is an aviation operations platform & the proud proprietor of a digital platform dedicated to helping users discover, research, and book an array of services and activities through our online interface, API, or via websites integrated with our services. Collectively, these are referred to as our "Services". This Privacy Policy is designed to clearly explain our practices regarding the collection, usage, and processing of your information. Our goal is to present this information in a straightforward and transparent manner. This document also details your rights as a user, how to exercise these rights, and the proper channels for reaching out to us. Information we collect & process

- Documents that assist with your booking, travel, and planning.
- Account information linked to your booking and/or Aerotalon accounts, including your username and password.
- Information regarding your membership and booking history with Aerotalon and/or third parties using Aerotalon services.
- Geolocation data.
- Device information, for instance, when you accessed our Services and details about the Device used, such as IP address, software or internet browser used, preferred languages, unique Device identifiers, and advertising identifiers.
- Online activity data, including the pages you have visited, content and apps you have reviewed.
- Any additional information about yourself that you voluntarily disclose.
- Purchase and booking history.
- Your travel preferences.
- Communications when you reach out to Aerotalon and/or third parties using Aerotalon services.
- Information you have shared with other third-party companies for social media login purposes. This includes publicly accessible information, such as your name, age-range, and email addresses.

How do we use your personal information?
We strive to deliver relevant content and a personalized experience whenever you use our Services. To achieve this, we use your information in several ways.

- Fulfilling payments, credits, bookings & reservations (including processing your payment information, arranging for services to be provided with third parties, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Information Sharing
To facilitate our Services and processing bookings/reservations, it becomes necessary for us to engage service providers. Our Group of Companies. We may share information with certain companies in our corporate family so we can provide you with information about products and services, both travel-related and others, which might interest you and to provide payment services. This sharing also allows us to better understand how you interact with the websites, apps and services of our group companies.

Suppliers / Third Parties utilizing Aerotalon. We share relevant information with suppliers used to facilitate our Services and Bookings/Reservations.

Business Partners. We may share information about you, your Devices and your use of our Services with our trusted business partners. For example, we may share information so that we can facilitate payment for products or services you may purchase on the websites of our partners. This sharing is generally pursuant to written agreements which include confidentiality, privacy, and security obligations; please note, however, that we do not control the privacy practices of these third-party business partners.

Social Media Websites. When you use our Services and elect to share information with third-party social media websites, the information you share will be governed by the privacy policies of those social media websites and the privacy settings you have set with those social media websites.

Advertising Networks. We sometimes collect and share information about your interests with advertising networks and data aggregators. Other third parties, such as referring websites. We may share your information with other third parties, such as referring websites. These third parties can assist us in data collection, for instance, by managing certain features of our website or by helping deliver online advertisements that are tailored to your preferences. Text Marketing
We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions.
By opting-in for our text marketing and notifications in, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications and text marketing offers. Message frequency is recurring. Message and data rates may apply. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "Twilio Inc.", a United States company with office at San Francisco, California. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfil their delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out.

Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age unless under extremely limited circumstances.
